Patricia together with a select number of associates, all of whom are members of the CIPD and hold relevant qualifications and licenses design and deliver a comprehensive range of programmes to enhance human resource development. Our programmes and workshops are designed to develop the key skills necessary for success in an ever changing environment. Eg: Management skills (with programmes being endorsed by the ILM where appropriate), leadership and team building, coaching skills for managers, mentor development, appraisal skills, individual and team coaching.

Interpersonal skills, one of our numerous intelligences being continually developed, the bedrock of effective personnel. Eg: Assertiveness, influencing skills, trainer skills, interviewee techniques, advanced communication skills.

Effective individuals and dynamic teams bring about increased confidence and morale to help drive an organisation forward. Eg: Managing change, developing personal resilience, improving confidence and image, Springboard Women's Development, Navigator Men's Development, Sprint for female undergraduates/postgraduates, Boost for people early into their careers, Fresh Steps for those mid/later-career, Spring Forward for those on their way up!

For when time is tight - high impact, motivational bite sized (around 2 hours) sessions on an wide variety of subject areas to boost personal success.

A one day workshop or series of short sessions designed to help people make the most of life inside and outside of work.

The SDI is an immensely effective tool for exploring motivational values and their impact on relationships and behaviour. It also provides a very positive way of understanding and resolving conflict. The SDI can be used to compliment a wide range of skills development programmes and is enormously useful in team development events. We also facilitate stand-alone SDI workshops.

Through a relationship based on respect and trust, individuals are supported to clarify their issues and find their own solutions. The process is developmental, non-directive and non-judgmental, encouraging clients to become more aware, unleash potential and increase their learning. There are countless ways people are benefiting from working with a professional coach, here are just a few examples: Changing direction, career progression, developing managers/leaders, improving confidence and becoming more assertive.
