Your personal information is held securely. We sometimes need to share the personal information we process with the individual themselves and with other organisations. Where this is necessary we are required to comply with all aspects of the GDPR. If necessary we share information with

• client/customer organisation of course participants
• suppliers and service providers
• professional advisers and consultants eg for company accountancy, insurance purposes
• associates of Patricia Cresswell & Associates Ltd who may provide training courses on our behalf – all of whom are fully GDPR compliant
• course participants

Please be assured, we never sell your information to anyone or any other company.

Retention

Details are retained for a variety of purposes eg fulfilling contractual services, participants attending courses, ongoing business relationships and where appropriate, for legal reasons (accountancy, insurance, contractual). We will retain information in accordance with our contractual obligations or for a maximum of 6 years after our last contact.

You do however, have the right to:

• request a copy of the information we hold on you (if any)
• request we correct any mistakes in your information
• request we stop contacting you.
