The range of subject areas can be used as stand alone programmes or we can incorporate them into events tailored to meet client requirements. We can design leadership and team development events to include the 'outdoors' as an effective method of learning.
Strength Deployment Inventory
The SDI is an immensely effective tool for exploring motivational values and their impact on relationships. It also provides a very positive way of understanding and responding to conflict.
The SDI can be used to support a wide range of skills development programmes and is enormously useful in team development events. We can also facilitate stand-alone SDI workshops.
