What is Spring Forward?
Spring Forward is an innovative and creative development programme for people wanting to go........forward! It offers participants the opportunity to:
Take a fresh look at their career and personal development plans and set new actions.
Find coaching and mentoring support to match their aspirations.
Understand how gender, culture and managerial status affect communication and motivation.
Who is Spring Forward for?
People who can identify with any of the following:
Are in junior management positions.
Have aspirations to get into management or get to a higher management/professional level.
Wish to work further on their development, but with no specific aspirations to go higher in the organisation.
Have recently have been promoted or appointed to a new position and need to gain support and confidence to make a success of their new post.
What's Involved?
An initial two-day participative and creative workshop followed by a further one day workshop.
Stimulating project work. Guest speakers to challenge and inspire. Coaching support. The Spring Forward pack of inspirational resource materials.
