I have a background in training and development spanning 23 years and have successfully run my own training and development business for over 15 years. I work with individuals at all levels in organisations and from a wide range of occupational backgrounds. I have experience in both central and local government, education, and the private sector including financial, retail and IT services. My practical belief in equality and diversity underpins all of my work with clients and includes:
Training and Development. My expertise encompasses designing and delivering a diverse range of management, interpersonal skills and personal effectiveness programmes. I hold the Certificate in Training & Development, Diploma in Training Management and am a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Professional Coaching. I am a qualified life and business coach and support individuals and teams to clarify and achieve their goals as well as training managers to develop their coaching skills. I have a Diploma in Coaching.
Superworking. I am one of only 10 licensed Superworking facilitators in the UK.
Spring Forward and Springboard. I am one of 5 trainers worldwide licensed to train Springboard Trainers and recently worked in Warsaw, supporting the first Springboard programme to run in Poland.
Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI). I am a qualified SDI facilitator. |
